The short version: we audit the data you send us, we do not train on it, and we do not resell it.
Scope
These terms cover use of the ElenchLabs studio, the shared report viewer, and the audit API. Engagement-specific terms, where they exist, take precedence over this page.
Your data
Datasets you upload are processed to produce the audit you requested and are retained for the duration of the engagement plus the agreed archival window. They are not used to train models and are not shared with third parties beyond the judge providers named in your engagement.
Findings
An audit reports measurements, not guarantees. A dataset passing every acceptance bar is a statement about the sample and the rubric version audited, not a warranty of fitness for a downstream use we were not told about.
