The AI interview

Expect a focused conversation about work you have actually done: what you built, the decisions you made, and the details someone who did the work would know.

Before it starts: you'll see a consent card explaining exactly what the interview can contribute to your lasting profile. Declining doesn't cancel the interview; it only limits what outlives it. Nothing becomes part of your portable record without your explicit yes.

What we keep: the transcript is the record. You can read every transcript of your own calls from your profile's Your data tab.

What we don't do: the interview produces no score, no ranking, and no pass/fail. It produces a record of the specific claims you made and how well the conversation supported them, re-read fresh against each future role rather than reduced to a number.

Tips: take it somewhere quiet, use headphones, and talk about real work in concrete terms. The interviewer asks follow-ups; specifics are what it is listening for.
