Welcome to ElenchLabs
ElenchLabs connects domain experts with paid AI evaluation work: reviewing model outputs, designing rubrics, and running structured assessments for teams building AI systems.
Working with ElenchLabs looks like this
- Create your account: sign in with a one-time email link or Google. No passwords, ever.
- Build your profile: your background, expertise, resume, and work history. This is how we match you to engagements.
- Take an interview: a conversation with our AI interviewer that establishes what you know. You decide what it contributes to your profile.
- Get matched and work: browse open roles or let us bring opportunities to you.
- Get paid: payouts run through Stripe. We never see or store your bank details.
Along the way you can refer other experts and earn a share of what they make, and everything the platform knows about you is visible to you on your profile's Your data tab.
