Referral policy
Who counts as a referral, what a referral earns you, and where credit can be withheld.
Eligibility
- A referral is credited when someone applies through your link and their application is reviewed and accepted by the ElenchLabs team, and they then create their account with the same email address.
- Self-referrals do not count, in any form.
- Applications marked as spam never generate credit.
Earnings
- You earn 20% of your referral's pay, contract work and bonuses, until your cumulative share for that referral reaches four times their first hourly rate.
- The cap is set once, from their first hourly engagement, and does not change if their rate later changes.
- Referral shares require your own payouts to be enabled; shares earned before then are held and released once you finish payout setup.
Fair play
- Share your link with people you genuinely vouch for. Mass-posting the link into unrelated communities may lead to credit being withheld.
- ElenchLabs may adjust or withhold referral earnings in cases of fraud or abuse of the program.
