How ElenchLabs uses AI and your data

What an interview produces, what governs it, and what we never do with it.

The interview record. An interview's durable output is a set of specific claims with citations to the transcript, never a score. Each claim carries an honest status: self-reported, supported by the conversation, or contradicted. This record exists to be re-read against each future role.

Consent is the gate. Nothing from a client-run interview enters your lasting record unless you agreed on the consent card shown before that interview. Your decision is recorded verbatim and withdrawal is always available.

What you can see. Your transcripts and the notes you write are on your profile's Your data tab. What we derive from interviews is shown to you as conclusions with their sources: the claim and which conversation supports it.

What we don't do. We don't sell your data, we don't use it to train models, and we don't attach hidden labels to your profile that you cannot see.
