Refer an expert
Know someone great? The Referrals page has your personal link, and anyone who applies through it is credited to you.
What you earn: once your referral starts paid work, you earn 20% of what they earn, across all of their projects, until your total earnings from that referral reach a cap of four times their first hourly rate. (Example: their first contract pays $50/hour, so you can earn up to $200 from that referral.)
How it works mechanically
- Your referral must sign up with the email they applied with, after our team reviews their application.
- Your share is generated automatically each time they're paid, and lands in your own payment history like any other payout. You'll need payouts set up to receive it.
- Progress per referral shows on your Referrals page.
What doesn't count: referring yourself, and applications our team marks as spam.
