Payments
Payouts run through Stripe. ElenchLabs never sees or stores your bank details: you connect your account directly with Stripe, and we hold only an account reference.
Set up once. Open the Payments page and click Set up payouts. Stripe walks you through identity verification and linking a bank account. The account must be in your own legal name: that's Stripe's compliance requirement, and accounts in someone else's name fail verification.
Statuses you'll see
- Set up payouts: you haven't connected yet.
- Stripe is still verifying your details: finish or wait; you can re-enter the flow anytime.
- Payouts enabled: you're ready to be paid.
Getting paid. Payments are issued in USD; Stripe converts to your local currency at payout time. Every payment appears in your payment history on the Payments page the moment it is sent. Bank arrival typically takes 2-5 business days. Payments are issued by the ElenchLabs team as work is approved.
